Big Creek RV Park Rules

Welcome to Big Creek RV Park! We kindly ask that you observe the following rules and practice good etiquette and courtesy during your stay to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. Thank you for your cooperation!

  1. Campground Fees are payable in advance.
  2. Check-in 2:00 PM. Check-out 1:00 PM. Please inquire in advance for early/late. $5.00/hr. fee added.
  3. Quiet Hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  4. You are responsible for the conduct and safety of your children. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool, creek, and playground area.
  5. Discharging of firearms and/or fireworks is strictly forbidden.

Visitors

  1. The visitor fee is $5/person/day. All visitors MUST check in at the ­office, pay the fee and sign visitor form before continuing to campsite. Visitors are included in 8-persons per site limit. No visitors after 9:00 PM. If visitors do not check in, all persons in the camping party will be asked to leave without a refund. All park rules apply to visitors.

Alcohol/Smoking

  1. SMOKING IS LIMITED TO YOUR CAMPSITE. ABSOLUTELY NO smoking in any building, near animals, near propane tank or on walking trails. This includes e-cigarettes and vapor cigarettes and all other types.
  2. DCigarettes butts MUST be discarded in your own container.
  3. Be mindful of how alcohol may alter your volume and behavior. If the consumption of alcohol causes you to be unwilling to follow campground rules, you will be asked to leave the premises without refund.

Pets

  1. No known aggressive breeds.
  2. There is a strict limit of 2 pets per site.
  3. All pets must be kept on a physical leash and under control at all times. Barking dogs must be attended to, to avoid disturbing others.
  4. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets in all areas of the park, including your campsite.
  5. Do not leave pets outside your RV unattended at any time.
  6. Pets that are tethered must be tied to a metal tie-out in ground no longer than 6 feet. Do not tie pets to trees, electric pedestals, picnic tables, water hydrants, etc.
  7. A small fenced in dog playpen is allowed and must be high enough to keep your dog(s) from jumping out. Penned dog(s) must be ­supervised.
  8. Pets are not allowed in any building in the park, shower suites, and pool patio. Well trained, well-behaved pets may visit inside the ­office building.

Pool/Creek

  1. Pool is for registered RV park guests only. Children under 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
  2. No lifeguard on duty, swim/wade at your own risk.
  3. NO DIVING, NO JUMPING, NO RUNNING, NO HORSEPLAY
  4. NO GLASS CONTAINERS on pool patio, in pool fence, near/in creek.
  5. Rocks in the creek are slippery; water shoes are recommended for wading and swimming.

Campsites

  1. Be mindful of your neighbor: keep music, TV and noise down ­always. Keep RV exterior lighting so it does not impede on your neighbor enjoying the night sky.
  2. No clothing lines attached to trees.
  3. ONLY BCRV PARK WOOD in the fire pit. ABSOLUTELY NO TRASH IN FIRE PITS, this includes aluminum, aluminum cans, glass and plastic bottles, plastic, paper, cigarette butts and ALL OTHER TRASH.
  4. Elbow connectors are required for all sewer hose hook up. We have some for sale in the office. Please do not use rocks, wood or other natural objects to weigh down sewer hookup as it will not keep it sealed.
  5. To conserve energy, please adjust the thermostat in your camper and shut off lights when you are not in your camper.

Tents

A single tent may be allowed in Creekside or Deluxe Back-in sites (not on pull through sites) for an additional fee of $5.00 per day. The tent must be small (6-person size or less). The 8 person per site limit must be adhered to. Tents may only be used in conjunction with an occupied RV and must be placed very close to, behind and to the door side of the RV (indisputably inside of your space).

Groups

Camping with friends and family is part of the fun. We do ask that gatherings around campfires be limited to 8 people after 10:00 PM. We also ask that you use COURTESY at all times. Other campers did not come here to listen to your loud music, TV shows, loud voices, etc. This is a family friendly RV park. Use ­appropriate ­language. Anyone who is disruptive and refuses to follow campground rules will be asked to leave immediately and without a ­refund.

Vehicles/Bikes/Parking

  1. The maximum speed limit of 5 MPH will be strictly enforced! Watch for pedestrians, children on bikes and animals.
  2. Electric motor assisted bicycles must also adhere to the 5 MPH speed limit.
  3. No ATVs, golf carts or scooters may be driven within the park.
  4. No bikes, skateboards, hoverboards, etc. are allowed on sidewalks or patios.
  5. Sites are wide enough for 2 vehicles to park side by side. Limit of 2 vehicles per site. Extra vehicle parking fee is $5 per vehicle per day. If you cannot park your vehicle/boat/extra trailer on your site, please see the office for parking instructions.
  6. No bicycles after dark.

Fishing Pond

  1. Catch and release fishing only.
  2. No wading or swimming.
  3. No dumping baits.
  4. No seining or bait nets allowed.

The owners and management of Big Creek RV Park / Arcadia Meadow Campground LLC are not liable for any loss of personal possessions, damage to any vehicle or personal equipment, or injuries to any occupant/guest – regardless of age. Owners/management reserve the right to remove anyone from premises for detrimental conduct or violation of BCRV rules.
